ìNo, in Kosovo 1 year after Independence doesnít happen anything, weíre still jobless thereís no work for you if you donít have any relative in any governance of Kosovoî said Latif VLASHI an young by 25th who already has a BA degree of Political sciences.<br />

Dailies report that the U.S Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Stewart Jones, in an interview for Radio Free Europe, said that the Kosovo population and Government have reason to be proud on the anniversary of their independence. <br />

ìIt has been a year full of tremendous work and achievements,î he said. ìWe have seen the new Constitution, dozens of laws endorsed, kilometers of paved roads, dozens of schools built,î Steward Jones is quoted as saying.<br />
<br />
ìSpeaking on behalf of the United States, I say that we are proud to have been part of this process,î Jones is quoted as saying.   Asked about the north of Kosovo, Jones said that the U.S. is working through EULEX and other international structures to resolve differences in order for Kosovoís Government to exercise authority in the entire territory of the country. <br />

Mr. Fried told reporters that the EULEX mission in Kosovo must start as soon as possible "its necessary that the EULEX deployment happens at least 2nd December '08, even if there's not any deal regarding to the UN 6 points plane" add Daniel Fried.<br />

The US assistant Secretary for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Daniel Fried in a talks meeting with Kosovo prime minister Hashim Thaci and President Sejdiu re-highlight that US support the UN 6 points plane "of course United States support the UN 6 points plane, but in Kosovo we have to do with a sovereign country, Kosovo now has its sovereign leaders and their will is against this plane and we have to respect it" says Fried, regarding to the UN 6 point plane.<br />

Mr. Fried told reporters that the EULEX mission in Kosovo must start as soon as possible "its necessary that the EULEX deployment happens at least 2nd December '08, even if there's not any deal regarding to the UN 6 points plane" add Daniel Fried.<br />
President Sejdiu told reporters that the US is not making any pressure to the Kosovo leaders, "we talk today with our best friend US and we show's Mr. Fried our statement regarding to the UN 6 points plane, he also understood nearly that we are against this plane" says president Sejdiu.<br />
On the other side Kosovo prime Minister Hashim Thaci re-highlight the Kosovo government statement against UN 6 points plane and he do thanks the US government for that they do support Kosovo in any situation "We're thankfully to the US for that what the US government and US people done for us" says prime Minister Thaci. "Regarding to the UN 6 points plane, Kosovo will not change its position, we already have our decisive statement against this plane made in Belgrade and proposed by the United Nations" add Prime Minister Thaci.<br />

Kosovo's Monday continue with negotiations for the UN 6 points plane, Kosovo leaders today negotiates with US for the EULEX deployment in Kosovo.<br />
