The leaders of the Government of Kosovo and the International Civilian Office said today in Gjilan that the decentralization will be easier and more successful if all communities and political parties are involved in this process.<br />
In a public conversation with Gjilan citizenís they do understand that than more than 30,000 citizens of Gjilan are against the decentralization process, regarding to a signed petition organized by the local political parties, leaded by Kosovo Self-Determination movement in 2007.<br />

In a public conversation with Gjilan citizenís they do understand that than more than 30,000 citizens of Gjilan are against the decentralization process, regarding to a signed petition organized by the local political parties, leaded by Kosovo Self-Determination movement in 2007.<br />
