French President Emanuel Macron arrived in 10 Downing Street to meet with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, on Thursday, June 18, 2020. For his first foreign trip since lockdown, Emmanuel Macron will be in London to mark the 80th anniversary of de Gaulle’s « appel de Londres », as well as cement Franco-UK ties at a strained time due to Brexit. A joint French and British jet flypast is announced to be performed at 5pm.
