A defiant British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is battling to stay in power after his government was rocked by the resignation of two top ministers. Johnson's cabinet has suffered at least 38 resignations over the last 24 hours alone. Newly appointed Chancellor Zahawi and Home Secretary Priti Patel are among two current top cabinet ministers about to tell PM to step down. Even as more ministers resigned, PM Boris Johnson vowed to stay in position on Wednesday.
